Russian Sage - A small, deciduous, Himalayan shrub, up to 1.2m tall, with white stems carrying deeply divided, grey green aromatic leaves. Large panicles of lavender-blue flowers are borne on tall flower spikes in late summer and autumn. Plant in a sunny position in all types of well drained soil. Cut back hard in early spring. Hardiness rating H5.
