Lamium maculatum ‘Purple Dragon’ Spotted Dead Nettle - A low-growing, mat-forming, evergreen or semi-evergreen perennial.   The oval to triangular, toothed, silver leaves have narrow, mid green margins.   Whorles of bright purple flowers are borne on flower spikes in summer.   Attractive to bees and other pollinating insects.   Plant in moist, free draining acid, alkaline or neutral soil in full or dappled shade.   Dislikes excessive wet.   Hardiness rating H7.
