Trachelospermum jasminoides – Espalier 150cm x 100cm

Trachelospermum jasminoides Star Jasmine - A beautiful, evergreen, slow growing climber reaching up to 7m high and similarly across.   Dark, polished leaves 5-7.5cm long often turn bronze-red in winter.   Very fragrant white flowers, 2.5cm across, becoming cream with age, are produced from June to August.   Requires a warm sheltered wall, in full sun or partial shade, in well drained, moist soil, avoiding clay.   Hardiness rating H4. At certain times of the year the trees and plants that you buy from us may not look like the images shown on our website, this may be due to deciduous leaves falling, or the plant finishing flowering. All photographs on our website are of our own grown stock, or in the case of Italian specimens or bare root hedging, these are photographs of the plants actually in stock.
