Caucasian stonecrop: A semi-evergreen, mat-forming perennial up to 15cm tall, with olive green, fleshy, bronze-flushed leaves with stems which root as they spread. Clusters of star-shaped rich magenta flowers are produced in profusion in late summer. Attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects. Plant in moist, well drained alkaline or neutral soil in a sheltered position in full sun. Drought resistant when established. Hardiness rating H5.
