A dwarf, deciduous shrub with arching branches.   The young leaves emerge in spring are a rich orange-red, turning orange-yellow, pale green and a stunning fiery red in autumn.   Deep rose-pink flowers are borne in clusters during the summer.   Plant in moist, well drained acid, alkaline or neutral soil in full sun or partial shade.   Hardiness rating H6. At certain times of the year the trees and plants that you buy from us may not look like the images shown on our website, this may be due to deciduous leaves falling, or the plant finishing flowering.
