Oregan grape:  A compact, evergreen shrub growing up to 1metre, with narrow, spineless leaflets.   Numerous delicate spires of honey-scented yellow flowers appear in late summer and autumn, which are attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, and are followed by blue-black berries in winter.   Plant in moist, well drained acid, alkaline or neutral soil in full sun or partial shade.   Hardiness rating H4.
