Red Robin - A large, vigorous, evergreen shrub or small tree with dark glossy green, elliptic, leathery leaves up to 10cm in length.   Brilliant red young growths are produced in early spring, maturing to dark green with age.   Clusters of creamy-white flowers appear in spring if the plant is left unpruned.   Ideal for evergreen hedging, or individual specimens, in bush or tree form.   Plant in moist, well drained soils, avoiding clay.   Hardiness rating H5. We would advise that you will also need a stake, tie and Mona Relief watering system with this tree. At certain times of the year the trees and plants that you buy from us may not look like the images shown on our website, this may be due to deciduous leaves falling, or the plant finishing flowering. All photographs on our website are of our own grown stock, or in the case of Italian specimens, these are photographs of the plants actually in stock. As this is a large tree we will only be able to arrange delivery for post codes within a 50 mile radius of NG13 8JA.   Please call 01949 21402 for a delivery charge quotation
