Aucuba japonica ‘Golden King’ ‘Spotted Laurel’.   A medium-sized, dense, evergreen shrub with large leaves boldly spotted and blotched with gold.   Plant in moist acid, alkaline or neutral soil in full sun or partial shade.   North, West or East facing aspect.   Ultimate height 1.5-2m. Hardiness rating H5.
