Phormium cookianum ‘Jester’ Flax lily:  An evergreen, dwarf, clump-forming perennial up to around 1m tall, with arching, sword-like leaves with deep pink centres and bright green margins, forming an eye-catching attractive clump in mixed planting schemes.   Panicles or red flowers on erect stems are sometimes produced on mature plants.   Plant in moist, well drained acid, alkaline or neutral soil in full sun or partial shade.   Hardiness rating H4. At certain times of the year the trees and plants that you buy from us may not look like the images shown on our website, this may be due to deciduous leaves falling, or the plant finishing flowering.
