Rosmarinus (Salvia) officinalis ‘Miss Jessopp’s Upright’

Rosemary:  A strong growing, bushy, upright, evergreen shrub to about 2m high, with narrow, linear, aromatic dark green leaves which are whitish beneath.   Numerous, small, light blue flowers are produced in spring and summer, along the previous year’s branches.   This plant will provide nectar and pollen for bees and other pollinating insects.   Will make an attractive informal hedge if lightly pruned.   Plant in well drained acid, alkaline or neutral soil in full sun.   Hardiness rating H4.

At certain times of the year the trees and plants that you buy from us may not look like the images shown on our website, this may be due to deciduous leaves falling, or the plant finishing flowering.

All photographs on our website are of our own grown stock, or in the case of Italian specimens, these are photographs of the plants actually in stock.
