Cotinus ‘Grace’

Cotinus ‘Grace’ Smoke Bush;   A large, vigorous, deciduous shrub up to 4m high and 2.5-4m spread ,with large, oval, soft, purplish-red tinted leaves which turn scarlet in autumn.   Large, conical, purplish-pink fluffy flower clusters appear in summer, which resemble a haze of smoke.   This is an excellent plant for a mixed border.  Plant in all types of moist, well drained acid, alkaline or neutral soil, in full sun or partial shade.   Hardiness rating H5.
