Stipa tenuissima ‘Ponytails’

A semi-evergreen grasses forming clumps of yellow-green, thread-like foliage, and an abundance of narrow, arching, feathery pale brown flowering panicles during the summer months. The fine foliage moves in the slightest breeze and provides a beautiful contrast when planted amounts other perennials. Plant in moderately to light fertile, moist, well drained soil in full sun. Hardiness rating H4.
