Kniphofia ‘Poco Red’

Kniphofia ‘Poco Red’ Red hot poker:  A clump-forming perennial growing to about 40cm tall, with short, slender, evergreen leaves.   Masses of striking flower spikes of rich, coral-red flowers are produced from early summer to autumn.   This plant is ideal for the front of a border, cottage garden or container.   Plant in moist, well drained acid, alkaline or neutral loam in full sun or partial shade.   Drought tolerant once established.   Hardiness rating H5.
