A robust, clump forming herbaceous perennial, with narrow, dark green leaves. Double, pom-pom flowers up to 10cm across, emerge yellow, mature to two-toned yellow, and finally white, are borne from early summer to early autumn. Will flower in the first year. Ideal for the front of a sunny border, and as a cut flower of in containers. Very attractive to butterflies. Remove faded flowers to greatly increase the flowering time. Plant in moist, well drained soil in sun or light shade. Hardiness rating H5.
