A compact, clump forming perennial with aromatic, lanceolate leaves which have terminal whorls of coral pink flowers, with darker, button-like centres, during summer and autumn, attractive to bees and other pollenating insects. Plant in full sun or partial shade, in humus rich, light, moist well drained soil. Protect from wet during winter, but do not allow to dry out during summer. Hardiness rating H5.
