Phlox ‘Flame Lilac Star’

A compact, deciduous, herbaceous perennial growing up to around 55cm tall.   Clusters of scented, lilac flowers with a large white star in the centre, are produced from mid to late summer, and are attractive to bees and other pollinating insects.   Plant in all types of moist, well drained acid, alkaline or neutral soil, in full sun or partial shade.   Hardiness rating H7. At certain times of the year the trees and plants that you buy from us may not look like the images shown on our website, this may be due to deciduous leaves falling, or the plant finishing flowering. All photographs on our website are of our own grown stock, or in the case of Italian specimens or bare root hedging, these are photographs of the plants actually in stock.
