Phlox subulate ‘Candy Stripe’ Creeping Phlox; Moss Phlox: An evergreen, hardy ground cover perennial with a creeping habit forming a weed-suppressing mat, thriving in a sunny position.   White, delicate pink candy striped flowers are borne in profusion in early spring and summer, and are attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects.   This plant thrives in a sunny position, brightening up rockeries, borders and low walls.   Plant in all types of moist, well drained soil in full sun.  Hardiness rating H5.
