An aromatic, sem-evergreen dwarf shrub, with purple young foliate and stems, which become grey green over time. Leaves are oblong, 3 – 6 cm in length with purple-blue flowers during summer. Plant in moist, well drained soil, avoiding clay, in full sun. Hardiness rated 5.
