Lamb’s Ear, ‘Big Ears’: An evergreen, mat-forming herbaceous perennial with large, grey-green, soft, slightly hairy foliage. Small pink or purple flowers are borne on upright stems from June to September. This plant is an excellent ground cover to suppress weeds. It is drought-tolerant and a good choice for a sensory garden. Attractive to bees and many other pollinating insects. Plant in moist, well drained, acid, alkaline or neutral soil, in full sun. Hardiness rating H7.
