Mexican Orange Blossom - A striking medium-sized evergreen shrub of rounded habit, with glossy, bright yellow aromatic leaves and small clusters of fragrant, star shaped white flowers.   Plant moist, well drained acid, alkaline or neutral soil in full sun or partial shade.   Will tolerate drought conditions once established.   Hardiness rating H4.
