Cornus alba ‘Miracle’

£18.50

Cornus alba ‘Miracle’ Dogwood;   This is a new variety of dogwood with the first pairs of new leaves opening brightly suffused in pink, with a bronzed central zone to each leaf when the striking network of red veins are visible.   The leaves become green with a cream edge through summer into autumn.   Plant in moist, well drained fertile acid, alkaline or neutral soil, in full sun or partial shade.   Prune back to around 5-8cm in winter or early spring, and mulch with well rotted compost or horse manure.   Hardiness rating H7. At certain times of the year the trees and plants that you buy from us may not look like the images shown on our website, this may be due to deciduous leaves falling, or the plant finishing flowering. All photographs on our website are of our own grown stock, or in the case of Italian specimens or bare root hedging, these are photographs of the plants actually in stock.
