Cuprocyparis leylandii Cypress Leyland – Chamaecyparis leylandii: A large, extremely vigorous, fast growing tree of dense, columnar habit, up to 1meter per year, reaching heights of in excess of 30 meters if left unchecked.   Will tolerate a wide range of conditions, including chalk soils and maritime areas.   Plant in moist, well drained acid, alkaline or neutral soils in full sun or partial shade.   Hardiness rating H6. We would advise that you will also need a stake, tie and Mona Relief watering system with this tree.
