Euonymus japonicus ’Aureus’ Japanese spindle:  An evergreen shrub with dark green glossy leaves, with a central gold mark.   Makes an ideal small hedge, growing between 1m and 1.5m in height.   It will brighten any border and requires minimal maintenance.   It is resistant to coastal and windy conditions and responds well to pruning.   Plant in moist, well drained acid, alkaline or neutral soil in full sun or partial shade.   Hardiness rating H5. At certain times of the year the trees and plants that you buy from us may not look like the images shown on our website, this may be due to deciduous leaves falling, or the plant finishing flowering.
