New Zealand Broadleaf - A large, densely leafy, evergreen shrub, with apple-green leathery leaves. An excellent hedge for maritime positions and one of the few evergreen shrubs which can be used for hedging near horses. May be liable to frost damage in cold inland areas. Plant in moist, well drained soil in full sun. Hardiness rating H5. At certain times of the year the trees and plants that you buy from us may not look like the images shown on our website, this may be due to deciduous leaves falling, or the plant finishing flowering.
