£73.00

Lilac ‘Ruhm von Horstenstein’: A deciduous, vigorous shrub or small tree growing to around 4m high, with an upright to spreading habit. Dark green, broadly oval leaves are produced in spring, followed in May or early June by large clusters of single, lilac-red flowers which change to dark lilac as they mature. Attractive to bees and other pollenating insects. Plant in moist, well drained alkaline or neutral soil, in full sun or partial shade. Hardiness rating H6.

At certain times of the year the trees and plants that you buy from us may not look like the images shown on our website, this may be due to deciduous leaves falling, or the plant finishing flowering.

All photographs on our website are of our own grown stock, or in the case of Italian specimens, these are photographs of the plants actually in stock.
