Vitax Organic Calcified Seaweed

Vitax Organic Calcified Seaweed 2.5kg Organic Cacified Seaweed is a naturally occurring soil conditioner, which has been harvested and used for generations as a natural soil improver. When applied to soils it is quickly colonised by beneficial soil bacteria, which break down the calcified seaweed structure, gradually releasing calcium, magnesium carbonate and a wide range of trace elements.   This ‘sweetens’ the soil and together with the increase in microbial activity, leads to better soil structure, which in turn helps plants to develop stronger roots, promoting healthier and more vigorous plant growth. One application every three years will normally prove sufficient to maintain the soil conditioning benefits.
