Vitax SBK Tree Stump Killer 250ml SBK Tree Stump Killer makes up to 625ml, sufficient for seven or eight 12.5cm (5inch) diameter stumps. Controls tree stumps, woody weeds and hardwood saplings in grassland and non-crop areas.   The best time for treatment for tree stumps is autumn or winter, avoiding April, May or June when the sap is rising.   For woody weeds apply from June to August when soil is moist and weeds are actively growing.
