Double Pink Flowering cherry - A strong growing, medium-sized deciduous tree with stiffly ascending branches when young, becoming spreading with age. Large, showy double, purplish pink flowers 5cm in width, are produced during mid to late April. Young leaves are coppery red or reddish brown. Plants in all types of moist, well drained soil in full sun. Hardiness rating H6.
