Tilia cordata ‘Greenspire’  is a refined cultivar of the Small-leaved Lime, chosen for its strong central leader, symmetrical form, and reliability in urban and landscape planting. With its neat, upright habit, it is especially suited to streets, avenues, parks, and larger gardens where space is more restricted than with traditional lime trees. Fragrant summer flowers are rich in nectar and highly valued by bees, while the dense foliage provides shade and wildlife shelter. Hardy, pollution-tolerant, and long-lived, ‘Greenspire’ is a dependable choice for UK landscapes requiring structure, longevity, and ecological value.   Plant in moist, well drained soil alkaline or neutral soil in full sun or partial shade.   Hardiness rating H6. We would advise that you will also need a stake, tie and Mona Relief watering system with this tree.

At certain times of the year the trees and plants that you buy from us may not look like the images shown on our website, this may be due to deciduous leaves falling, or the plant finishing flowering.

All photographs on our website are of our own grown stock, or in the case of Italian specimens, these are photographs of the plants actually in stock.

As this is a large tree we will only be able to arrange delivery for post codes within a 50 mile radius of NG13 8JA.   Please call 01949 21402 for a delivery charge quotation
